The Alexa Rank indicates quality through total number of page views or visits and based on regular updates on contents especially if it is a blog site. There is something wrong in a certain domain which is already 6 months old and still has a N/A page rank. That is too obvious that there is something wrong with it especially for those domains that are older than six months.
